4. Products and Custom Orders

Certain products, such as fabrics cut to specific measurements, are customized for you.

  • Fabric Cutting: Once a fabric is cut as per your order, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or from the clearance section are final sale.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Unpacking Video

Our Return & Refund Policy is strictly enforced as follows:

  • 24-Hour Rule: Any request for a return or exchange due to damage or incorrect items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory Unpacking Video: No claims for damages, defects, or missing items will be entertained without a clear, unedited unpacking video sent to our support channels.

  • No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns are eligible for Credit Notes or Exchanges only.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.
