1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
2. General Terms & Conditions

Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

Fabrics that have been cut as per customer specifications.

Items purchased during a Sale or from the Clearance section.

3. The Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide proof of the issue. An unpacking video is mandatory for all claims.

Attach clear images of the product and the mandatory unpacking video.
Note: Returns and exchanges will only be processed if the unpacking video is provided as per the terms specified above.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
At Label hk, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, if your return is approved, you are eligible for:

An Exchange for an item of equivalent value.

A Credit Note to be used for future purchases.
