At Label hk, we strive to ensure you receive products of the highest quality. Please review our policy regarding returns and exchanges below:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The item received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).

2. General Terms & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Fabrics that have been cut as per customer specifications.

    • Items purchased during a Sale or from the Clearance section.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, you must provide proof of the issue. An unpacking video is mandatory for all claims.

  2. Include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

  3. Attach clear images of the product and the mandatory unpacking video.

Note: Returns and exchanges will only be processed if the unpacking video is provided as per the terms specified above.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

At Label hk, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, if your return is approved, you are eligible for:

  • An Exchange for an item of equivalent value.

  • A Credit Note to be used for future purchases.
