Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods: We offer both standard and express shipping options through our trusted courier partners to ensure reliable delivery.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email and/or SMS so you can monitor your shipment.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, Label hk is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or unforeseen natural events.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect address input.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind or placed the wrong order? No worries, we’ve got you covered.

12-Hour Window: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, you will be eligible for an exchange or store credit equal to the full order amount.
Cut Fabrics: Please note that cut fabrics cannot be cancelled once the cutting process has started.
Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
